Generation Green Expo

You’ve heard of Generation X and Gen Y. Now meet Generation Green, the inspiration of Home1st Foundation that includes Americans from all walks of life and of all ages, interested in the same thing: creating a green, sustainable environment for the future of our children, ourselves and our country.

On June 26-27, 2010 at the South Hall of the McEnery San Jose Convention Center, Home 1st will present Generation Green Expo, a live, consumer event to launch the new Generation Green. Picking up where Greenfair Silicon Valley and West Coast Green left off in Silicon Valley, Generation Green Expo is open to attendees from the entire Bay Area and will benchmark our progress toward building a future where everyone lives the 4 R’s: Reduce, Recycle, Reuse, Restore. Attendees will learn the latest in how to green their homes, businesses and lifestyles from over 200 companies offering money-saving green products and services.

Be sure to visit the Green Innovations section featuring exhibits demonstrating the latest in alternative fuels, solar, electric vehicles, innovations in water and food production and much more. Green jobs and educational opportunities, organic foods to sample, organic clothing, many ideas for your business and sustainable home remodeling too! There will be attractions for all ages, even the kids.

Look Around. Visit often! As you navigate our website, plan your visit to Generation Green Expo, selecting from the rich selection of expert speakers and “how-to-green” seminars taking place throughout the weekend of June 26-27, 2010. We will update this site weekly with the latest information on attractions, speakers, seminars, sponsors and exhibitors. So bookmark our site and visit often.
